1. Purpose of SMS Communications

SMS messages may be sent to assist with responding to customer enquiries submitted through businesses using the Kopaxy platform.

These messages are intended for customer service and enquiry response purposes only.

They are not promotional or marketing messages.

2. When SMS Messages May Be Sent

SMS messages may be sent in the following situations:

  • When a customer calls a participating business and the call is not answered

  • When a customer replies to continue an enquiry conversation

  • When a follow-up message is required to respond to the enquiry

The purpose of these messages is to allow the customer to continue the enquiry without needing to call again.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the enquiry.

Typically, messages are limited to responses directly related to a specific enquiry.

Most conversations involve one or two SMS messages per missed call event.

4. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on the customer’s mobile carrier and plan.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time.

To stop receiving messages, reply:

STOP

After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you initiate contact again.

7. Consent to Receive Messages

Customers consent to receive SMS messages by initiating contact with a participating business using the Kopaxy platform.

If a customer calls a business phone number and the call is missed, a single SMS message may be sent to allow the customer to continue their enquiry by text message.

By replying to that message, the customer continues the conversation and may receive additional responses related to the enquiry.

8. Data Use

Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are used solely for the purpose of responding to enquiries.

SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be processed by trusted service providers solely for operational and communication purposes.
